Prepare yourselves for an explosive ride; this beer is an energizing blend of our own house culture (we call it the ‘Ghentoise method’) that spent 1,5 years aging in sherry barrels. We’ve added a secret sauce: 2-year-old lambic aged in Pinot Noir Burgundy barrels, giving it a divine touch. And to top it off, we infused the blend with the zesty spirit of lemon verbena. Talk about flavor fireworks. Once the beer completed its journey of secondary fermentation in the cask, it emerged triumphant and ready to be unleashed upon your taste buds.
