We started with a kettle sour Berliner Weiss added lactose then fermented and conditioned on fresh mango and passion fruit. Finally we finish it off by letting the beer sit on pungent Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Leaving the beer like a tropical juice with a sour punch and a light vanilla aroma and aftertaste.パッションフルーツ、マンゴー、マダガスカルバニラビーンズ、ラクトースを使用し、新しいシリーズを醸造しました。サワービールだけど、酸味が甘みとフルーツでバランスのとれている、まるでアイスキャンデーのような味わいです。おもしぇ　は津軽弁で　面白いを意味します。　おもしぇスタイルの第一弾です！
