Scenic Reserve is our finest cider, for when you yourself are looking fine. So we've dressed it up and put a cork in it.Our Scenic Reserve is a premium cider done in the Methode Traditionnelle style, that a couple of kiwi lads "borrowed" from the French and gave an NZ twist. Using world class Hawkes'Bay Braeburn apples, the cider has gone through a secondary fermentation in this here bottle, during a three year ageing process.
