We held back 15G of our 2022 release of Sauternes Barrel Aged DPV and used botched (caramelized) meadowfoam blossom honey and caramelized brown sugar to elevate the drinking experience. Full of depth and dimension from the utilization of dark/robust sugar sources to amplify the juxtaposition between juicy pear and dark sugar.
