A Language We All Understand is a modern DIPA. Somewhat of a hybrid beer, this one fermented relatively clean with a new yeast strain we’ve trialled but it is still awfully juicy. It’s heavily dry hopped with Amarillo, plus additions of Mosaic and Citra late in the game. Huge grapefruit aroma which translates to tropical fruit on the palate. The mouthfeel is full and the bitterness is low, which makes this one almosssst too easy to drink for the ABV it’s packing.
