Traditionally, Scrumpy is fermented from apples stolen or scrumped from farmers fields.Derived from an unruly blend of apples, Scrumpy is a uniquely flavourful cider, high in alcohol, and typically made and consumed by the working-class.Aged for over a year, with wild fermented apples like Hyslop crab, Ben Davis, Greenling King of Tompkins County, Golden Russet, and Bramley's Seedling, our Scrumpy is a moltley blend, but made with care: it offers a heavy fruity nose, plenty of tannings, and good strong acidity.Made from apples free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
