Ah, it only seems like yesterday that the Augment range was a new and shiny thing, and the concept of putting more than two hops into a single beer was a complete novelty. Fast forward to 2021 and a two hop beer is almost a rarity – our brewers set themselves a little challenge to try and include as many hop varietals in a beer as possible, whilst making sure they trod that fine line of being able to pick out each flavour characteristic without anything ending up muddled. Last of the Sun – conveniently abbreviated, LOTS – features a mammoth six different varietals all working in tandem – Citra, Columbus, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Sabro and Vic Secret create a harmonious medley of tropical fruit, pithy citrus, and dank juice. Absolutely incredible.
