Chasing Mavericks

Our ”Chasing Mavericks” collab beer together with Brewdog Södermalm is an IPA brewed with a heavy addition of wheat and oats and some chit malt thrown in for good measure. Notably fermented out on kölsch yeast. Waimea (NZ) hops in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Rakau (NZ) and Sabro cryo (US) which impart notes of stone fruits, coconut and citrus. A fresh take on the post-modern IPA.
