Co-op Curiouser (& Curiouser)

This 2017 Texas Keeper Co-op is a collaboration with the good folks at Blue Owl Brewery to create a one-of-a-kind cider. Made with Empire apples, through Blue Owl's lacto process and brewed with CTZ hops and fermented cold in the Texas Keeper cellar. A portion of the cider is finished with malolactic fermentation and dry hopped with El Dorado. The result is truly delicious and super juicy, with notes of pear, melon, mint, tropical fruit and and a crisp acidity.
