A big holiday IPA made with a generous dose of blood orange, ginger and a hint of honey.If you're a fan of timid Christmas IPAs that barely taste any different than they do the rest of the year, this beer is definitely NOT for you. A huge hit of sweet orange upfront, leads into a big hop kick and ends with a blend of hop bitterness and and spicy fresh ginger.Brewer's notes: in 2023 we made a nice Christmas IPA with ginger and orange, and 2024 we decided to double it. A bigger IPA, fuller body, higher abv, a larger dose of orange, and a hit of fresh ginger make this an unmistakably holiday inspired beer, but with the lovely smooth citrus notes, you can also close your eyes and easily imagine sitting on the beach in the California sunshine.Ingredients: Malted barley, oats, blood orange, fresh pressed ginger, honey, hops and yeast
