With faith in flow, we merged multiple vintages of cider aged in in an assortment of wood barrels to create our fifth rendition of Fluxion - a solera-like blend that began in 2015. Made in the traditional method, maple syrup was added to kickstart a second fermentation in the bottle. Dry, with refreshing acidity and mild sparkle. Enjoy with feasts, Merrymaking, and/or intimate conversations.
