Our take on the classic Belgian “Oud Bruin” with a strawberry twist. Starting out as a classic brown ale, this beer was rested in repurposed red wine barrels for a year with a selection of souring bacteria and wild yeast. 6 months into that rest locally sourced strawberries were added to the mix. Tart and complex with hints of caramel and chocolate with a jammy strawberry undertone.
