A base beer of pilsner, wheat, oats and aged hops, fermented in freshly emptied Italian Marsala puncheons using our house culture. Bright orange with aromas of hay, jasmine and honey. A pillowy mouth feel delivers layers of lemon rind, earth and wood with balanced acidity and funk.
