A combination of a crystal Belgian Wheat and an American IPA.The most challenging beer we have brewed to date. Combining two style layering so many flavours from the aromatic yeast esters & coriander to wheat malt build. Finishing the brew with West coast hops and extra zesty bitterness from late addition orange peel.
