For our Home Baked offering, cubes of red kumara were tossed in brown sugar, roasted until caramelised, and added to the boil along with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla bean. The result is a rich, malty, spiced ale with the intense orange colour of roast red kumara.
