A deliciously drinkable cross-ditch collaboration. A base of ale, munich, aromatic and wheat malts set the scene for a fusion of Australian Galaxy and Enigma hops with NZ Motueka and Southern X. The result is a balanced golden pale with whirlpool and dry hop additions lending lovely tropical fruit and pine aromatics, then rounding off with a delicious clean finish. Isn’t it lovely when we all just get along.
