Harrison was one of the most famous 18th century cider apples. We isolated this varietal, grown on Engle Ridge Farm, to bottle just 38 cases of cider. Served in a wine glass, this cider drinks much like Sauvignon Blanc, with a green herbal qualities and a bright acidity.
