The FAB COLAB is a pale ale brewed with two-row, carapils and wheat malts alongside Centennial, Mosaic and Cascade hops.After a very small bittering hop strike, all other hops were added in the whirlpool and then dry-hopped to simulate ABbeydale’s ‘Hop Back’ brewing system.It is a collaboration beer brewed by the awesome brew teams of Founders and ABbeydale brewery. ABbeydale Brewery in Sheffield, England specializes in pale, hoppy, session beers. This past April, Jeremy Kosmicki and Alec Mull visited Abbeydale and brewed an American IPA on their system.
