Farmhouse apple cider with cherries, strawberries, Cabernet Franc & Vidal. To make Bonkers, Revel saved and blended the lees of three of their heavily fruited tanks: Soif, Sonata and Skin Contact Vidal, to create something in the realm of watermelon gummy juice. This blend has a boatload of cherries, strawberries, Cab Franc, and Vidal and because it's the last of the tanks. This small amount of liquid is one of the most highly textured things they've made. Grippy, fruity, with lively acidity.
