Our first foray into the world of wild beer; fermented with a mix of Brettanomyces yeast and sour bacteria. Half the batch aged on tart cherries for six months, and the other half on French Oak, before being blended back together and left in a bottle for a year. The final result is a unique sourness balanced with an earthy, oaky sweetness.
