Wild Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Pear AddedBottle Release 3/18/22 - $16/Club OnlyThis mixed-ferment rye saison already exhibited a suggestion of pears after aging for 16 months in a third-use oak barrel. We refermented the beer on Maryland-grown Bartlett and Magness pears from Scenic View Orchard (Sabillasville, MD).
