This traditional German style Gose was brewed into our coolship and then spontaneously fermented and matured in oak barrels. Brewed with a blend of wheat and pilsner malts, coriander, and salted water. Our Gose is gently tart with complementing brettanomyces, citrus, with a thirst quenching finish. 5.25%, 5BU
