Light red in colour with dark yellow highlights and a clean bright clarity. Caramel and citrus aromas are initially presented with a low level pine note that cuts through as is warmed. Full bodied with an assertive bitterness and caramel sweetness that travels across the palate. Dryhopped with El Dorado, Motueka and Centennial. Enjoy!
