RAW IPA - This "no boil" IPA completely skipped boiling and went straight to the cold side to be dry-hopped with a blend of Eldorado, Southern Passion, Talus, Galaxy, and Amarillo hops. A process that lets the tropical, piney, and fruity essences of these hops shine with little of the bitterness. A silky mouthfeel with a modest hint of nutty grain rounds out this rare take on the IPA.
