Good things take time and this beer is no exception, with a minimum 6 month bottle conditioning period. Dark malts and unrefined sugars, star anise, and molasses combine for a heavy-duty, slow-sipping, Belgian inspired Quad. Great by a winter fire with some dark chocolate. Optimum flavour at 11-12°C. Can be cellared in cool place for 3 years or more.
