La Grezza, our Italian style dry-hopped pilsner, is the house beer of Grezzo. Grezzo changes their menus fairly often and to reflect this, we change the Grezza recipe as well. It is always single malt and single hop, but never tastes as simple as the recipes are.Our newest addition to the Grezza portfolio, is Barbe Rouge. Barbe Rouge is a newer hop varietal grown in France. Expect aromas of honey, red berry, particularly strawberry jam on toast, with a dry slightly spicy hop finish bordering on fresh heather. Goes excellently with food, or as an aperitif.
