Dry & snappy finish.A celebration of the complexity & nuance of flavours produced by expressive yeasts in fermentation. As brewers, our role is to create the colour palette that can then be transformed by microflora into something far greater & more delicious than the sum of its parts.This beer is named after our youngest son Otis taking his first steps when we created this beer.
