Don't be fooled — Pear Lager is a lager first and foremost with subtle hints of pear. We add pear during fermentation for a delicate flavor and aroma. It’s gold, light to medium in body and, like all our lagers, takes five full weeks to make. It's crisp and clean lager taste comes from five pale malts and a touch of Columbus hops. And oh yeah, pears.
