Our Interpretation of a traditional English barely wine; Brewed with ingredients including 2 varieties of yeast selected for fermentation.Rested for 12 months in bourbon barrels, allowing the vanilla and oak to gradually infuse into the barley wine. Perfectly complemented by notes of toffee, dried fruit and honey, creating a warming, rich and dangerously drinkable barely wine.
