Lo 'n Slo [2022]

A rebrew of our Lo 'n Slo for Otautahi Smoke! The original concept was a whiskey sour in beer form, this time around we smoked apricots over manuka and cherry to infuse the fruit with smoke character. We then aged a pale sour beer on top of the fruit for several months along with some whole peaches.
