A kettle sour base using our house strain of lactobacillus bacteria’s with a deep and complex malt bill supported with lactose.Then to dial up the complexity we split the batch in two, and finished one half with ridiculous additions of juicy feijoa, pear, mexican lime and coconut water and the other half with passionfruit, apricot, mango and vanilla
