Very ballanced beer with moderate malt character that comes across as roasted, caramel notes. Deep reddish-copper color comes from small dose of roasted barley, that gives some dry finish to the beer. Hop bitterness is evenly balanced although a slight bitterness comes from highly kilned barley.Our Irish Red ferments with English Ringwood in low temperature, which approve fairly clean charcter.Smooth balanced beer with moderate carbonation.Cheers everyone!!!
