Un assemblage de bière maturée en fûts de chêne pendant un à deux ans. La bière a ensuite refermentée sur framboises & griottes pendant plusieurs semaines avant d'être refermentée en bouteille. ///////// Brewed with a mixture of Belgian yeast, wild yeast and acidifying bacteria, the base beer is a blend of one to two year-old barrel aged beer. The blend then aged on raspberries & Morello-type sour cherries for several weeks before being bottle-conditioned.
