Backyards is brewed with malts from Horton Ridge Malt House, Cascade hops from Moose Mountain Farms, Honey from Cossman & Whidden, and sea buckthorn, a small orange sour berry from Big Sky Ventures. Stonefruit, pineapple, rhubarb and funky aromas are balanced by wheat bread-like malt flavours. With a dry, tart, vinous finish, this Brett saison showcases the unique flavours of sea buckthorn while revealing the broad spectrum of flavours found in our Maritime Backyards.
