Описание
Belgian beer cafes traditionally serve casks of young unblended lambic. The youngest of which are called "fox." We've dubbed this special cask Faux Fox, because it was brewed with aged hops, Belgian Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, and a diverse blend of microbes often found in spontaneous fermentations including: Debaryomyces, Priceomyces, Wickerhamomyces, and Pichia (in addition to Brettanomyces and Pediococcus). The result is lightly tart, slightly musty from the aged hops, and lemony from the fermentation.
