Farmhouse ale brewed by farmers, to quench our thirst during summer hard work in our vineyards.The beer matures 7 months in oak barrels, receiving a wild contamination of indigenous yeasts and bacteria from our natural winery. This mixed fermentation gives freshness, dryness and acidity. Gently dry hopped before bottling.
