Irrational Values

Описание

Here at Irrational, we've had a serious krush on Core Values since our inception. We are beyond thrilled to finally share our first collaboration beer with them! When discussing the options, it was clear that we needed to brew something that was ultra dry and saturated with hops. This naturally led us to create one of our favourite West Coast IPAs to date using a base of 100% Pilsner malt with an aggressive blend of Strata CGX, Krush, & Columbus. This one hits all the right notes with a bright floral character, undertones of dank terps, and an assertive dried berry character.
