Dry yet juicy, white fruit flavors reminiscent of sauvignon blanc, tart passionfruit, sweet lychee and pineapple rind come complements of a hop bill centered on southern-hemi hop darling Nelson Sauvin. Some highly expressive hand-selected lots of Cashmere, Sultana & Mosaic lupulin powder round out the whirlpool & dry-hop charges on this pillowy, freakishly fruity beverage. A heavily layered hop bill, weighing in at a hefty 7 plus pounds per barrel, is balanced by a satisfyingly simple malt bill of raw wheat, flaked oats, pale malt & flaked barley. ⁣
