PureBrett: Haskap

Our series of beers fermented solely by Brett claussenii continues! This time we enriched it with haskap berries, which gave it a beautiful purple color.. even the foam is purple! The yeast itself dried out the beer, slightly souring it in the process, and giving it its typical hay, farmhouse funk notes. The berries contributed with some sweetness, but also brought in plenty of tannins giving this beer a velvety mouthfeel.
