Our group traveled to beautiful Samos, birthplace of Pythagoras, Epicurus and Aristarchus.There we brewed a traditional Bavarian beer style which is none other than "Weizenbock", a traditional German recipe with wheat as the protagonist, high in alcohol and pleasant in taste.Its name "Orygma" naturally inspired by the Eupalineo trench.According to Herodotus, the Eupaline trench is one of the most important works in the history of engineering, which since 1992 has been designated a World Heritage Site by Unesco.Our new recipe "Trench" is also a tribute to all those who pioneered and paved the way, reminding us that the impossible is more possible for those who believe, than the possible for those who don't.
