Originally brewed in 2018 as part of our Vs series.From the archives… Unlike the traditional Bock beer, the Maibock is lighter in appearance with noticeable alcohol levels and a significant hop character, which we’ve obviously dialled up and then some. Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Mandarina Bavaria, a duo of legendary German hops, take centre stage during the dry-hopping, with an added dose of tropical fruit thanks a helping of Motueka.
