Spiced Cranberry SaisonBrewed in the spirit of winter, this recipe comes from the brain of Ben Davidson, the graveyard shift brewer at our production facility in Georgetown. A significant portion of Special B malt in the mash as well as cranberry purée added late in fermentation lend this holiday Saison a deep red hue.
