Welcome to Release #6 in the limited-edition Stone & Wood Barrel Aged Series – Orange Scotch Ale. Inspired by whisky cocktails, what originally started as a scotch ale has been given a twist. Healthy additions of orange peel and a 30-month stint in Starwood Whisky French oak barrels have led to a balance between rich malt sweetness and bittersweet orange tones. With a bright, deep copper appearance and a smooth mouthfeel, this is one to pair with salty cheeses, smoked meats or a rich dessert.
