A special beer that is brewed in collaboration between the US Cranberry Committee and Boxing Cat Brewery.This unique ale brewed with US cranberries results in a beer withcranberry flavor and tartness along with a ruby red color. The use of imported malts contributes nice malt sweetness and light caramel notes to balance the cranberry flavor. The delicate use of hops allows the cranberry to shine through the aroma and finishing flavor. This is a light refreshing ale with fruit that is perfectly suitable for the warm weather months in Shanghai.
