Hops on Rye will comfort you on a sweet Thursday afternoon. And Friday night. Sunday morning as well. It’s a 7.8% Rye IPA with a lot of rye malt.It has some of your favorite hops and fulfills most of your hopes. First, you get a spicy bite, then you get the hoppy bit. Produced with a big portion of rye malt, it also features some caramel and chocolate malts that offered some more depth to this beer.Talking about the hops, you get a punch of citrus flavors but also tropical fruits like mango and papaya. We’ve used Amarillo and Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped it with a heavy load of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic.
