Over at Bach we’ve beenpondering the reality that hops don’t shine without the perfect cushion of malts.Doug & Gabi Michael started Gladfield Malt 14 years ago. Doug’s a 5th generation barley grower and you might say he’s a Grain Daddy of malt here in NZ. Grain Daddy Double IPA is proudly brewed using locally grown & malted Gladfield malt, and a truckload of NZ and USA hops including; Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra.
