Our "Of the Vine" series melds the worlds of cider and wine to bring beautifully interesting hybrids for your palate. Cayuga is a dry cider co-fermented with the pomace of the white wine grape, Cayuga, grown by our friends at Manatawny Creek Winery in the hills bordering the Oley Valley. With 11 months of conditioning, the result is a nicely delicate cider with good body, some underlying tannic quality, and a pleasant tropical fruitiness. Cheers!
