A US West Coast style IPA brewed with pale malt and dosed with a LOT of fantastic US and NZ hops.Then we made 30L of homemade marmalade and added that to the secondary fermentation. Mash temp was 64c so this was always going to be a dry, stone fruit & citrus forward IPA.
