An all American West Coast style Pale Ale. Brewed lean with a delicate touch of specialty malts adding flavors of baked bread and oven hot biscuits. Hopped in the kettle with spicy Columbus and sticky Citra and dry hopped a couple of times with Amarillo, Simcoe and again Columbus.Taper is a pine sap sealed billet-doux to American Pale Ales of the 2010s. Grapefruit, toasted bread, musk laden Alpine air and peach iced tea. Quenching after an afternoon on the court.
