IPA DDH with Mosaic® and Simcoe® Cryo®Can Release 12/3 - $19/4-packCheater Hops #13: Simcoe-Mosaic was one of our favorite batches of our rotating IPA. Since then we've hopped other IPAs with Simcoe and Mosaic... but always with a chaperone: Citra, Strata, Motueka etc. Finally we gave them an evening to themselves! They balance beautifully with hoppy notes of mango, tropical fruit, pine, and berries.
